Imagine your mind…
Imagine your mind as a small piece of the ocean.
In that piece, you’ll see many fish.
Some fish are easy to spot; they’re right there on the surface.
Others swim deeper and are harder to see.
Those fish are your thoughts.
You decide which one you want to catch and consume—or let go.
